    I own a small parade of retail shops with flats above. I want to sell the parade. I have read about residential tenants' rights under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, but although the flat leases are residential, the tenants are all companies. Does this mean that I can ignore the 1987 Act? No, it does not. You may or may not have to follow the procedures of the 1987 Act, but the fact that the tenants are companies is immaterial.
