Colliers CRE: Real Estate Investment Forecasts - Q4 2009
"Colliers CRE fourth quarter forecasts estimate a positive return of 3.4% in 2009, based on equivalent yields finishing the year below the level at which they began it. The outlook for 2010 has also improved slightly, as we expect to see a continuation of the recent yield compression into the New Year."
