Property Week, working with db symmetry and Savills, has commissioned the first ever “census” of the logistics and industrial sector in the UK.
Logistics and industrial real estate has never been more in vogue. Record high levels of occupier take-up, combined with record investment volumes have resulted in the sector attracting interest from across the globe. This has brought challenges to the sector which the industry needs to work together to resolve.
