David Hatcher
David Hatcher is Assistant Editor (Regional). His role entails overseeing the coverage of regional property across the UK, focusing particularly on Scotland, the West Midlands, Greater Manchester and west London. He also writes analysis features and news for the magazine. He previously put together the Workplace section for the magazine, looking at careers, graduate and management issues. Prior to joining Property Week he did stints at the Mail on Sunday and local newspapers the East Anglian Daily Times and the Evening Star. David grew up in Ipswich, Suffolk, before moving to London to study at Goldsmiths College where he achieved a first class honors degree in Media and Communications, specialising in journalism. David eagerly follows the England cricket team and enjoys playing squash.
