About the app

The new Property Week app is a quick and simple way to get the latest breaking news from award-winning journalists plus in-depth market analysis on important industry issues all in one easy to access place. You can visit the Property Week website from the app or download the magazine to read offline while out and about.

How much is the app to download?

The app is free to download from the Property Week website.

How can I get the new Property Week app?

Using your tablet you can download the app from the Property Week Website.

For iOS customers you can download the app by visiting the Apple store from your device.

Please not this app works best with Android and iOS.

I am using the previous Property Week app – will I need the latest version?

If you are using our current version of the app you will need to download our latest version, but don’t worry, as a subscriber this is free to do. We will shortly be discontinuing the old app.

What subscription do I need to get the app?

To access the Property Week app you will need a subscription to the Premium (print and digital) or Digital subscription packages.

A Print-only subscription will not give you access to the app.

What devices will the app work on?

Our latest version of the Property Week app will work on all of the following devices:

  • iPad
  • Kindle Fire
  • Samsung tablets

To enjoy the best performance from the Property Week app on an iPad or iPhone we would recommend running the app on the latest Apple operating system.

I am unable to view the magazines or news?

If you are unable to view magazines or news within the app then you will need to login using your subscriber number and surname.

You can find your subscriber number in your confirmation email or letter which you will have received at the start of your subscription. Or you can contact customer services to find your subscriber number: for UK customers please call 01795 414817; for overseas customers please call +(44) 1795 414 817 between Monday and Saturday. I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password you can go to the forgotten password link within the app. There you will need to follow the instructions given. Will I need to use my Apple ID to access the app?

All customers using an iPad or iPhone will need to use their Apple ID to download the app. This is free. Once the app is downloaded you will then need to use your subscription login details to access the content. You will need your subscriber number and surname to login.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes, you can download issues of Property Week to view at your leisure whilst your device is offline. Simply select the issue you wish to read and select download while your device is connected to a working internet connection. Please note this must be within your subscription period.

An old issue I previously downloaded has disappeared

You can download it again from within the app at no extra cost.

How can I access back issues?

From the moment you start your subscription any issues which you miss are available to view and download whilst your subscription is active. Once your subscription ends you will not be able to download any missed issues.

My next issue of Property Week is not available to download. Why?

If you have enjoyed using your subscription and are suddenly unable to view or download your next issue your subscription may have lapsed. You can view your subscription details by clicking here and logging in to the My Account section.

If your subscription has lapsed you can renew your subscription by clicking here.

If you have an active subscription but still unable to access your next issue, try connecting to an alternative WiFi network, or if possible a 3G network.

Please note that throughout the year Property Week publishes 49 issues of the magazine. Property Week does not publish over the Christmas period.

My next issue appears but does not download

Once you start downloading an issue you should see a progress bar appear. If this does not appear then check the time and date on your device is correct, then try downloading the issue again.
