Crown Estate and NBIM buy a slice of Mayfair

The Crown Estate and Norway’s sovereign wealth fund Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) have sealed a £381m deal to buy The Church Commissioners for England’s 64.2% stake in the Pollen Estate in Mayfair.
