Khan endorses devolution of property taxes to London

London Mayor Sadiq Khan has endorsed the London Finance Commission’s recommendations that the full suite of property taxes should be devolved to London’s government, including council tax, business rates, stamp duty, annual tax on enveloped dwellings and capital gains property disposal tax.
