Ministry of Sound fails to stop 22-storey Elephant tower

Neobrand has won planning consent for a 22-storey tower on Newington Causeway in London’s Elephant & Castle, just metres away from a proposed 43-storey tower that was voted down last month because of objections from nearby club the Ministry of Sound.
