BNP Paribas Real Estate agrees US alliance

BNP Paribas Real Estate has strengthened its presence in the United States by signing an alliance agreement with Transwestern.

The agreement covers the transaction, valuation and corporate real estate consulting business lines.

Transwestern is located in 30 cities, including New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas and Miami, and employs 1,750 staff.

BNP Paribas Real Estate already operates one alliance in the US with Falcon covering transaction and consulting.

Bernard Blanco, head of international at BNP Paribas Real Estate, said: “For BNP Paribas Real Estate, Transwestern is a partner of choice due to its size, its broad coverage of the United States and its excellent market knowledge. Transwestern wanted to support its clients outside the United States. From our point of view, we needed to improve our access to US clients. As such, we are signing this partnership agreement at an ideal time.”
