Development Securities has submitted a planning application for a major mixed-use scheme at Hammersmith Grove in west London.
The office-led scheme comprises 340,000 sq ft of offices, a 20,000 sq ft multi-screen cinema and 15,000 sq ft of restaurants and retail. Hamiltons is the architect.
The 1.5 acre development site, immediately adjacent to the Hammersmith & City Line underground station, is currently a car park. Building is expected to complete in the second half of 2009.
DevSecs is the selected property development partner of Transport for London.
The development will also provide a new area of public open space which will link across Beadon Road to Lyric Square.
