The logistics operator has opened two new offices in Hamburg and Munich

Owned by Australian business space provider Macquarie Goodman, the company only entered the German market two years ago.

Nico Hannemann has been appointed to head its Hamburg office and Roland Vogt will manage the Munich office. Danny Peeters, chief executive office of Eurinpro, said: ‘The German market proves to be ripe for customised warehouse solutions and it is clear that Germany – with its vast availability of space and motivated labour force – remains one of the top strategic locations for logistics in Europe.’

Recent developments undertaken by Eurinpro in Germany include an 18,000 sq m warehouse for logistics company Schenker, a 538,200 sq ft (50,000 sq m) warehouse for DHL Excel Supply Chain in Lutterberg. It is developing a 650,000 sq ft (60,212 sq m) warehouse for BLG Logistics in Bremen.

Eurinpro’s German headquarters will remain in Langenfeld. Eurinpro International has more than 90 staff in nine countries and has developed more than 12,916,800 sq ft (1.2m sq m) of industrial space.
