Fidelity sells 130,000 sq ft industrial site to housebuilder at yield of just 3%

The Fidelity UK real estate fund has completed the sale of a 130,000 sq ft industrial building near Greenwich to housebuilder Fairview New Homes for £25.25m, representing a net initial yield of just 3%.
