Go ahead for All Saints scheme in Rotherham
Liverpool based developer Iliad has got the go ahead for its All Saints’ building in Rotherham town centre.
In 2005 Iliad was appointed by Rotherham Borough Council as chosen developer in association with Glenn Howells Architects to oversee the regeneration of the Town Centre – known as the ‘All Saints’ Quarter’.
Iliad already has outline planning permission to demolish the existing All Saints’ building and replace it with a four-storey building that will comprise 12,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space and 33,000 sq ft of office space.
Designed by Architects Falconer Chester Hall, the All Saints’ Quarter office scheme will start on site in early in 2009.
The building is set to achieve an ‘excellent’ rating by BREEAM rating.
