Guildford experiences Tuffin love
It has been a busy week for employees at building and property consultancy Tuffin Ferraby Taylor
Last week the firm, founded by former RICS president David Tuffin, moved its south-east England offices from Kingston in Surrey to nearby Guildford.
It signed a 15-year lease at £27.50/sq ft on a 5,350 sq ft unit at Standard Life Investments’ 65 Woodbridge Road offices.
CB Richard Ellis and Wadham and Isherwood advised the landlord.
It plans a similar move in November for its London offices from York Road in Waterloo to Farringdon on the City fringe.
The relocations are a part of its plan to expand the business and two of its commercial partners – Jacqui Allen and Robert Bruce – and senior associate David Newton have relocated to Guildford (see below).
Legal & General, Tesco and the All England Lawn and Tennis Club are among the consultancy’s biggest clients.
