The median price rose to $840,000 across the 15 villages and hamlets that make up Long Island’s East End, according to a report by the Corcoran Group, a New York-based property broker with Hamptons offices. The median for luxury homes, defined as the top 10% by price, jumped 23% to $5.9m.
