Her Majesty’s Court Service has signed one of the biggest London Midtown lettings of the year at the Rolls Building on Fetter Lane.

The court service has signed for 145,000 sq ft (13,470 sq m) at the 260,000 sq ft (24,154 sq m) Delancey and Invista Real Estate Management-owned office.

HMCS will occupy the lower ground to fourth floor, which will provide it with 29 courtrooms, 12 hearing rooms, 45 public consultation rooms and administrative office space.

HMCS committed to relocating from Commercial Court at St Dunstan’s House nearby, because the property could no longer accommodate the increasing volume of work undertaken by the court.

Farebrother, Knight Frank and Morgan Pepper are letting agents for the Rolls Building. King Sturge acted for HMCS.
