The revenue department is considering cancelling all land transactions done by Rajaiah in Ranga Reddy and Nalgonda districts. It may invoke the Ceiling Act to cancel the transactions.

Rajaiah had reportedly purchased thousand of acres through registered agreement of sale-cum-general power of attorney after payment of the amount to vendors and allegedly sold it to Raju's family and companies owned by them.

The revenue department has sought a report from Ranga Reddy and Nalgonda district administration on land transactions made by Akula Rajaiah a couple of days ago.

Revenue officials said Akula Rajaiah had acquired 3659.45 acres in Manchal and Patancheru mandals of Ranga Reddy and Medak district.
