Indian investor on verge of £35m deal for Edinburgh's Exchange Place 2 and 3

A private Indian investor who already owns more than £200m worth of offices in Edinburgh is closing in on the acquisition of two buildings in Exchange Place in a deal thought to be worth more than £35m.
