The Scottish property company has bought an office scheme in Sheffield from Priority Sites for £13.3m.
It has purchased the 62,000 sq ft property at 1 NorthBank, Central Riverside, which is being speculatively developed and due to complete this month. The property was designed by Sheffield architects Building Design Partnership.
Savills advised Kenmore; Priority Sites was represented by Knight Frank.
Both agents have been retained by Kenmore as the letting agents at NorthBank and are currently quoting a rents of £18 per sq ft, with floor plates averaging at 12,000sq ft (1,115sq m).
