Nama to shave off Gillette Corner
The former European headquarters of Gillette has been brought to the market in a sale enforced by Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency.
Savills has been appointed to sell the 10.3 acre site in Isleworth, west London which is expected to fetch at least £20m.
The site is owned by the Bonnington Group, which bought it for around £30m in 2005 but the loan held against it is now non-performing and has been transferred to NAMA.
The site contains a 327,000 sq ft grade II listed building and several warehouses. It gained consent in 2008 for 506,000 sq ft of offices and a 500-bed hotel.
