CABE criticises Peel's Liverpool Waters scheme

Architectural watchdog CABE has criticised the design Peel Group’s £5.5bn Liverpool Waters scheme, stating that proposals contained a “weakly expressed masterplan and parameters that are not yet strong enough to serve as an effective planning tool”, TheBusinessDesk.com reported today.
