Vodafone signs up to St Catherine’s Walk shopping centre
The ten-year lease, with an annual rent of £67,500, was agreed with Orchard Street Investment Management, and follows a recent agreement with Mitchells and Butler to open a combined Toby Carvery and Harvester at the centre.
