Asif Aziz’s Criterion Capital is preparing to bring the St Nicholas Shopping Centre in Sutton, Surrey, to the market seeking offers in excess of £90m.

The 391,500 sq ft scheme will be brought to the market next week through HP Four.

Aziz’s Golfrate acquired the shopping centre for £82m in 2005.

The three floor mall, which opened in 1992, comprises 73 retail units and is anchored by Primark, Debenhams, Next, New Look and Sports Direct. It also comprises a six-screen UCI cinema.
