Town Centre Securities has submitted two planning applications for the next phase of its Piccadilly Basin scheme in Manchester.

The largest, mixed-use application comprises 40,300sq ft of retail space, 4,166sq ft of offices, and 159 apartments.

The second application is for a 12,165 sq ft restaurant with 58 apartments above.

Ian Simpson is the architect. Office agents on the scheme are Lambert Smith Hampton and Cushman & Wakefield, with Knight Frank representing the new residential element.
