Procter & Gamble has retained Jones Lang LaSalle as the global provider of its facilities and property management services.

The contract spans Procter & Gamble’s global office portfolio of around 16.5m sq ft.

The firm initially retained Jones Lang LaSalle as a worldwide service provider in 2003 for a five-year term. Since then locations have been added through P&G’s acquisition of Gillette and Wella.

One of the company’s biggest offices is at Highbridge Properties’ Cobalt Park in the north-east, where it occupies around 140,000 sq ft.

Other global contracts Jones Lang Lasalle holds include Adidas, Nortel and Motorola.
