News agency Reuters is close to taking 25,000 sq ft (2,322 sq m) at Landmark Developments and Royal London’s Chapel Quarter scheme in central Nottingham. A further 10,850 sq ft (1,008 sq m) is under offer to local radio station Trent FM. Letting agents DTZ and Lambert Smith Hampton are quoting £17/sq ft (£182.99/sq m).
