Those interested in a Madoff lair, courtesy of the government, now have three to choose from.

Bernard Madoff's two remaining federally seized properties, in New York and Palm Beach, Fla, were listed Thursday for $9.9m and $8.5m, respectively. His oceanfront home in Montauk, on New York's Long Island, was listed 1 Sept for $8.75m.

The 4,000-square foot New York penthouse is a duplex on the 11th and 12th floors at 133 East 64th Street, a cooperative building less than three blocks from Central Park. It has three bedrooms, one of which was being used as a library, and open views of the city. The bedrooms are on the lower floor, and the living room, kitchen and a wraparound terrace are above.
