Yoo Capital branches in to Leeds
London-based developer Yoo Capital is to begin investing in the Yorkshire residential market, after signing a joint venture deal with Leeds-based Trilandium Homes.
The pair have agreed to buy “a number of high profile sites” in the Yorkshire region, where Yoo said it sees “big potential” and “several years of under-investment”.
London-based Yoo Capital was founded in 1999 by John Hitchcox, and Trilandium is a residential development company with a development pipeline of 3500 homes around the UK.
