  • In the renovations business we have seen a drop in enquiries from doer-uppers and flippers but an increase in enquiries from homeowners looking to make themselves more comfortable and add value. Do your own maths but I see that as a sign of a top in resi.     Interesting predictions for the year - more thoughts on shared office space would be interesting, as we at Ethical Property (www.ethicalproperty.co.uk) see demand accelerating across the country - will this continue? Also, why no women included in piece?
