  • Urban & Civic has hired Jon Di-Stefano, chief executive of Telford Homes, as a non-executive director and a member of its audit committee.
  • Chartered surveyor Patrick Lowther has been made associate director at property healthcare investor Assura. Lowther joins the Warrington-based investment trust after eight years at Savills Investment Management.
  • Architectural practice Farrells has recruited three new partners: design partner Effie Kuan and associate partners Chris Crombie and Michael Faulkner.
  • Ian Lambert has been promoted to partner to lead commercial property consultant Hartnell Taylor Cook’s Bristol office.
  • Barbara Somogyiova has been made European outlet operator NEINVER’s new leasing director for Europe.

  • Business rates expert Ken McCormack has joined Montagu Evans’ Glasgow office as partner, leading the firm’s Scottish rating work. He joins the firm after 28 years with GVA James Barr.
  • Knight Frank has recruited Rob Tilley as a partner in its logistics and industrial agency team in Manchester. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the North West market.
