The countdown to the 2017 RESI Awards is well and truly on after our esteemed judging panel met to decide the winners last week.

With the sector ever expanding and the government laying out its commitment in the recent Housing White Paper, the consensus across our four judging sessions was that the calibre of entries was at an all-time high.

This year’s judging line-up, chaired by PW’s Liz Hamson, Guy Montague-Jones and Adam Branson, comprised of:

  • Anthony Tokatly - CEO, Proptechnix
  • Simon Hodson - lead director of land and development, JLL
  • Mark Dorman - partner, Strutt & Parker
  • Bob Crompton - CEO, Three Sixty Developments
  • Dominic Grace - head of London residential development, Savills
  • Fiona Freeman - managing director, FTI Consulting
  • Graeme Craig - commercial development director, TfL
  • Ian Marris - property partner, Knight Frank
  • Jennie Daly - UK land director, Taylor Wimpey
  • Luke Mills - executive director, CBRE

Our 2017 awards will see more members of the sector rewarded than ever before, including our new proptech category as we seek to identify the best, not biggest; firms or individuals who had a truly transformative 2016 in the residential sector.

But with only one winner possible in each of the categories, victory will be hard earned come the night of 10 May at Grosvenor House.
