The countdown to the 2017 RESI Awards has begun with the unveiling of our largest shortlist ever including a new proptech category.

Resi Awards 17

With the sector ever expanding whittling down the long lists of 30 to shortlists for the RESI Awards 2017 was a tough job but our associate editors Adam Branson and Guy Montague-Jones were up to the challenge.

We wanted to identify the best, not biggest; firms or individuals who had a truly transformative 2016 in the residential sector.

The consensus was that the calibre of entries was even higher than last year, but with only one winner possible in each of the categories, victory will be hard earned come the night of 10 May at Grosvenor House.

Don’t miss out on finding out who wins - there are still tables left at what promises to be yet another sell-out event, but they’re going fast so book your place at: www.resiawards.com/go/resiawards2017
