Steve Green is wrong. Heritage and Community groups did try hard to get this scheme changes (and I was active in that) but it did not delay Argent's start on site. The sitewas never going to be available until after the CTRL works were completed late in 2007. If we caused delay it was perhaps a couple of weeks setback to the demolition of Stanley Buildings.
