Lend Lease seeks approval for Elephant homes

Lend Lease has applied to Southwark council for permission to build nearly 593 homes and 43,000 sq ft of retail space at Elephant Park – the latest step in its £1.5bn regeneration of Elephant & Castle, south east London.
