Senior Grosvenor figure departs
Grosvenor Britain & Ireland’s Nicholas Ridley has announced that he will be leaving the company.
Ridley became the Duke of Westminster’s property company’s head of office lettings in May after a four-year hiatus.
Ridley has worked in the real estate sector for more than 30 years. He worked as a director at CBRE and Colliers International and as a partner at Cushman & Wakefield for 17 years.
Ridley was a high profile hire for Grosvenor and was an example of an agent going into the world of principals.
He was hired to secure tenants and strong rents across the London portfolio.
Ridley said: “Having re-established myself in the prime London office market I want to explore a role that utilises more of my broader sector skills and knowledge. I greatly value and have enjoyed my time with Grosvenor Britain & Ireland and was very pleased to be involved in the business’ exciting office development pipeline and positioning that for market”.
In a statement released today, Grosvenor Britain & Ireland said: “We wish Nick every success going forward and want to thank him for his valuable contribution to the business during his time with us.”
