Trio of occupiers at St David’s in Cardiff

The new shopping centre extension opens on 22 October this year.

Quiksilver has taken 2,182 sq ft for its first store in Cardiff and Fat Face has taken 3,174 sq ft. J4 Jeans has taken 1,471 sq ft as part of plans to expand in the UK.

Joanne Skilton, of Capital Shopping Centres, on behalf of St David’s Partnership, the joint venture between Capital Shopping Centres and Land Securities, said: ‘Young and exciting brands such as J4 Jeans, Fat Face and Quiksilver are keen to open stores in St David’s, attracted by the cosmopolitan catchment for what will be one of Europe’s premier shopping destinations.’
