A trio of occupiers have taken around 50,000 sq ft in total at Allied London’s Spinningfields development in Manchester.
Law firm Shoosmiths has taken 10,000 sq ft, a professional services firm has taken 14,000 sq ft and law firm Beachcroft has taken 25,500 sq ft at 3 Hardman Street in the development, as tipped by Property Week.
Spinningfields now has 42 occupants including tenants such as BDO Stoy Hayward and Pinsent Masons. It has also partnered Regus to let part of 3 Hardman Street as a serviced office.
Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London, said: ‘The activity at Spinningfields does not stop. This summer has seen the estate just buzzing and the demand from occupiers has been consistent.’
DTZ and Jones Lang Lasalle are agents for Allied London; King Sturge acted for Beachcroft, Jones Lang LaSalle for GMC and Ben Coleman Associates for Shoosmiths.
