GSK property remedy

As head of the project management office, Evans will leave the real estate division to head the transition and project management department. He will manage 25 UK sites and rationalise the group’s property services providers from around 300 to three.

The three chosen agents will be announced before the end of the year.

The restructuring is in line with GSK’s ongoing reorganisation of its portfolio.

Sue Pictor, former director of global real estate at GSK, has taken on Evans’ previous role.
