Wine warehouse toasts new 30,500 sq ft premises

UK Commercial Property Trust has signed a 10-year lease with bonded wine warehousing and distribution company EHD London No 1 at The Dolphin Estate, Sunbury-on-Thames, for a 30,593 sq ft detached industrial unit.
