James Hartley has just been named Young Property Manager of the Year at the RICS Property Management Awards. He graduated from Portsmouth University, and then completed the diploma of surveying at the College of Estate Management at Reading.

Each week we meet a property figure from a different age bracket. This week we speak with James Hartley, 26, an asset management surveyor at Slough Estates.
