Auction House London (AHL) raised £26.5m at its 25 May sale, selling 92% of a 144-lot, London-focused catalogue.
LondonMetric said it was positioning its portfolio to benefit from the rise of online shopping, after reporting a 10.9% property return and pre-tax profit of £82.7m in annual results.
Strettons sold 17 properties from its 22-lot catalogue at its mini sale on 26 May, equating to a 78% success rate, and raised £6.7m.
