Head of new division says move into co-living is natural step for student specialist.
Crosslane Co-Living has a pipeline of around 1,700 units at a value of £355m. Two sites, in Walthamstow, London, and Deansgate, Manchester, have been secured for the development of 366 units in the next two years and planning consultation is due to start next year on a further two sites on the London commuter belt and another in Liverpool.
Property Week spoke to Crosslane Co-Living managing director Mark Hughes to find out more about its plans for the co-living sector.
