Regional office rents set for growth as demand outstrips supply

The latest regional prime rent forecasts remain optimistic about the UK’s ‘big six’ office markets, with Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester projected to achieve prime rents of more than £40/sq ft, according to Savills’ UK Commercial Market in Minutes report.
