Launched in the financial crisis, co-working provider Spaces has since gone from strength to strength. Martijn Roordink talks to Emma Shone about its expansion plans and those sale rumours

Today, the business has 207 offices across 45 countries – and hopes to double that in the next year. The question is: will it be able to if rumours that owner IWG is poised to sell the company prove true?

Property Week caught up with company co-founder Roordink to quiz him on progress to date, what he thinks of the competition and what the future holds.
