For almost a decade now, the UK logistics sector has been undergoing a fundamental, structural change, driven by the insatiable appetite of the UK consumer for goods to be delivered to a place of their choosing.

Logistics cover

Combined with investors’ global hunt for yield, the continued rise of online shopping has made logistics one of the most sought-after sectors in the UK today.

The results of Property Week, Savills and Tritax Symmetry’s second annual market census last year revealed that sentiment among the industrial and logistics sector was still strong but with ever rising land values and companies taking warehouses to stockpile goods ahead of Brexit does that remain the case in 2019?

To explore that question and measure the state of the sector, Property Week has again teamed up with Tritax Symmetry and Savills for our third census of the logistics and industrial sector in the UK.

Your opinion counts! Whatever your role in the sector; occupier, landlord, adviser or developer, the following short five-minute survey will allow your opinion to be heard so the industry can move forward to address the unique challenges we face.

The results will be written up in a future edition of Property Week and as a participant you can be entered into a prize draw to win a drone. In addition this year, we are having a competition to see who can predict the annual take-up, as measured by Savills, with the winner receiving a £500 Amazon voucher.
