London Property Alliance is the joint name for City Property Association (CPA) and Westminster Property Association (WPA): two not-for-profit membership bodies that represent and advocate for more than 400 companies.
Its members are the leading owners, investors, professional advisors and developers of real estate in London’s Central Activities Zone. It is the voice of property in central London.
The Alliance delivers a range of insight seminars and showcase receptions, bringing together member companies to hear directly from industry leaders and policymakers, share best practice and forge new business partnerships.
