The best and brightest were crowned at the third annual Property Week Management All-Stars awards last week.
Star line-up: the winners celebrate their victory
The crème de la crème of the property management industry were celebrated at the Property Week Management All-Stars awards last week.
The awards, which are now in their third year, celebrate excellence across all areas of property management.
Property Week’s news editor Richard Williams kicked off the event, which took place at London’s Grosvenor House hotel. Comedian and I’m a Celebrity… Get me Out of Here! runner-up Joel Dommett entertained the audience of more than 400 and hosted the awards.
The judging panel deliberated over a record number of entries, making this year’s awards the most hotly contested so far.

Winners included Rendall & Rittner, which walked away with two awards: Residential Property Manager of the Year and Mixed-use Manager/Operator of the Year.
Fizzy Living was crowned Build-to-Rent/PRS Operator of the Year, while GVA picked up the award for Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
The biggest cheer of the night was reserved for William Cormie, winner of the inaugural Unsung Hero award, who has worked as a groundskeeper at Clyde Shopping Centre for more than 18 years.
A mark of the man, who is now in his seventies, is that he still walks eight miles to work every Sunday morning to start his shift at 6am.
To cap a great night, the awards, which were sponsored by Harris Associates, MJ Mapp, Abbatt Property Recruitment, Ashdown Phillips, B-Line, Block Recruit, Data Energy Management Services, JB Leitch, JM2 and Locale, raised just under £1,700 for the homelessness charity CRASH.
