Deborah McLaughlin, managing director of real estate projects at Capita Real Estate, and Phil Collings, senior land manager at Homes England, are among the latest confirmed speakers for RESI Convention 2018.
Capita appointed McLaughlin to lead the Manchester office of its agency brand GL Hearn with a national remit on housing strategy and delivery in 2016. Prior to working for Capita, McLaughlin was an executive director at Homes England where she helped deliver the Preston and Lancashire City Deal and oversaw the regeneration of Ancoats in Manchester.
At RESI, McLaughlin will be participating in an Ask the Expert session on Thursday 13 September, giving all delegates the chance to ask her directly questions on all aspects of the residential sector.
Alongside her, current senior land manager at Homes England Phil Collings is the latest member of the governmental body to join the line-up at RESI. He will take part in another Ask the Expert session alongside Anna Sabine-Newlyn, chief executive of Meeting Place Communications, on 13 September.
Collings will be joined by several Homes England colleagues at RESI including senior specialist in SMEs Alex Maltby, head of SMEs Midlands Ian Martin, head of PRS Sophie White and deputy chief executive Tom Walker. Alongside their speaking sessions, the team from Homes England will also take part in an exclusive networking opportunity for SME developers, landowners and local authorities to meet and connect with the aim of unlocking small sites for residential development to open the event on Wednesday 12 September.
The 12th annual RESI Convention, organised by Property Week, will take place from 12-14 September 2018 at Celtic Manor in Newport, Wales. Tickets are selling fast, so find out more about our great offers and group bookings discounts today at www.resiconf.com
