The RESI Senate has completed its judging process and decided the names that will make up the inaugural list of RESI Trailblazers, which will be unveiled at Property Week’s RESI Convention this September.
The initiative, which is sponsored by Cluttons, aims to identify the individuals who have come to the fore, made their mark and raised the bar in the residential sector over the past three years and the broad range of names selected shows how far and wide individuals have sought to blaze a trail.
The individuals selected by the RESI Senate, which features the likes of Telford Homes chief executive Jon Di-Stefano, Mount Anvil co-founder Killian Hurley, Places for People fund director Alex Notay and Metropolitan chief executive Geeta Nanda, will be unveiled live on stage at the RESI Convention at Celtic Manor in Wales in September.
We look extremely serious but @JonDiStefano @TelfordHomes and I definitely had fun being ruthless with our shortlisting! I am still coming to terms with being too long in the tooth to be considered #resitrailblazers material but take consolation in being asked to join #RESiSenate https://t.co/nWpyFGbAt6

Many of those in contention have already taken to social media to celebrate their nominations:
Hugely honoured to be selected for Property Week's prestigious RESI trailblazers 2018 list.

Feeling honoured and proud to have made the final list as a 2018 RESI Trailblazer. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the 2018 Trailblazers and continuing to be an innovator / mould breaker in the property sector @PropertyWeek @RESIevent #RESItrailblazers #innovator #property

But the only way to find out the full list of rising residential stars is to book your place to the RESI Convention and connect with the RESI Trailblazers this September:
