The awards will recognise excellence across the purpose-built student accommodation sector, including developers, consultants, investors and operators.

They will celebrate those who go the extra mile to create the very best student living experience and are open to all key players in the sector - from university halls of residence and their private counterparts to financiers and developers; teams and individuals whose vision, innovation and flair mark them out from the crowd.
